Pay Transparency Report
The BC Pay Transparency Act became law on May 11, 2023 (Pay transparency in B.C. - Province of British Columbia). BC employers with 300 to 999 employees (for 2024/25 year) are required to publish an annual Pay Transparency Report to provide greater insight into gender pay gaps and support a more equitable workplace.
