Support Staff Extended Health and Dental Benefit Changes March 1, 2014 - there has been changes to our support staff extended health and dental benefits. For details on your benefit plan click on 'Benefit Package (PEBT) (on the left side menu on this page), click on 'Employees' and choose our school district. If you have questions regarding what is covered in your plan, contact the carrier directly. The 'Contact' page on this site gives you direct contact information for all your benefits including MSP. If you have questions regarding your payroll deductions, contact our district payroll department.

PPC Canada is the district's Employee And Family Wellness Program provides counseling services for any problem that may affect your family life, work life, or general well being. This service is available to employees and immediate family members who permanently reside in the employees household. Interlock has flexible hours so that you are able to arrange appointments outside of your work schedule. Retirement Seminars: all plan members, including those receiving long-term disability benefits, are welcome to attend the pension plan retirement seminars. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Members should register early to avoid disappointment as these seminars are very popular and fill quickly. ROEs are submitted electronically: you can apply for EI anytime after your last day of work (it is not necessary to wait for your ROE to be submitted) and you do not need a printed copy of your ROE to apply for EI. View and/or print copies of your ROE online the same day the district submits it by going to your My Service Canada Account (My Service Canada Account web site). If you would like the district to mail you with a paper copy of your ROE, contact our payroll department and a paper copy will be mailed to your home address.
