| Lard Sculpture Food Art 11 is a fun course that gives students an opportunity to explore the art of food presentation. Lard sculptures are just one example of art using food as the medium. No pre-requisites but an interest in art and exploring one's creative side are an asset.

| Equestrian Studies This unique course offers students an opportunity to learn to ride while at school. This year the course was introduced to a few of our homeschool students and I am hopeful that it will run as a full course offered through the highschool.
