Students enrolled in Foods and Nutrition classes must have an apron in order to participate in foods labs. In order to follow food safe practises it will also be expected that students will have their hair tied up and / or covered while in the foods class. Attendance is crucial as labs can not be redone.

FOODS CLASSES
Student will each require an apron, method of covering their heads and some food/grocery items at the discretion of the students. Basic supplies will be provided but there will be many opportunities to enrich the projects with their own sense of creativity.
To individualize the program there will be opportunity for the students to plan free labs given some criteria.

TEXTILES CLASSES
Students will be responsible for providing a pattern and necessary materials to complete the project.
Textiles 8 will be a simple project still to be decided.
Textiles 9 will include a number of construction skills. TBA

Equestrian Classes
Students MUST wear SEI approved helmets during all mounted lessons. Students will be expected to include practise time into their study time. Skill development is a crucial part of their learning.
