FirstClass Spam Mail Rule

If you know about mail rules, feel free to add this in as an advanced mail rule.  I tried it myself and it works nicely.  Don't forget to create a folder in your mailbox for this rule to send the files to (in this example the used a folder called 'Junk/Bulk/Spam' but you can give it any name as long as you remember to have the same name in the 'File In Folder' box of the mail rule).  Email me if you need more help with this.

I'm also looking at a new entry to put on our server to stop the spam before it even gets to everyone.  Hopefully that will work too.

I thought I would share this with everyone. Some of you may already know this but hey this is for those of you who don't. I applied this rule to one of my users who was complaining about Spam (her own fault but anyway). After just one afternoon she collected 50 messages in the folder. The key to this rule is adding the line x-spam-status manually as FirstClass does not have this as one of the options. Enjoy see if this work for you, I also recommend file to folder rather then Delete silently as once in a while there is a message in there you may want.
