Use the download button or right


	Click on the report card file with the right mouse button and then choose Download from the menu. Then you can pick where you want it to download to. Then the file should be on your computer where you saved it and you should be able to open it. On a windows machine, dragging the file onto your desktop will only create a shortcut so you won't be able to work on your reports. This appears not to be the case in Macintosh.
