This document contains all the information you will need to apply for scholarships. Please read it through carefully. You will find all the supporting documents you need below.

A) All Grads:
Please fill out the following forms online. Save a copy and email it to: OSS2012Grads@gmail.com, by March 9th, 2012
Please put your last name, first name and name of document in the subject line of your email.

THE FOLLOWING IS AN INTERIM REPORT - IF YOU INTEND TO APPLY FOR AWARDS, YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT THIS OFF< TAKE IT TO YOUR CURRENT TEACHERS AND THEN RETURN IT TO THE OFFICE.
If applying for a donor -decided award, you must also attach a copy with your application/letter.

B) District Dogwood $1000 Award:
This award is for excellence in Fine Arts, Applied Skills, P.E., and/or Second Languages. You are required to make a 15 minute presenation to the Scholarship and Bursary Committee in order to be considered.
If you have excelled at any or all of these areas and plan to attend a post-secondary institiution, please come to the office to pick up an application and make an appointment for your presentation.
C) Donor Decided Awards:
On the scholarship donor decided award list, several awards have an application form. Below are all of the awards that require more than just a letter. They are in PDF format so will need to be printed, completed and delivered to either the office or directly to the donor. Numbers 1-3 need to be dropped off in the office at OSS. Awards 4-6 have specific drop off/mail information. Please read the criteria carefully to enusre you qualify for the award.
